By pretending to order a copy (which is what I usually do), I got the following for shipping rates: $9.45 for US Postal Service 1st Class (the cheapest rate, and I believe the only one allowed to international addresses); $34.00 Priority Mail, and, if you really really need it right away, $55.85 for Global Express Guaranteed.
I don’t know if the $9.45 would be per item, or if ordering multiple items would give you some savings.
